Flooded railtracks
bring us to halt
Dissolving rainbows
crash and fall
This winter
our emotions have descended
like a water blanket on our heads
Everything heavy in our hearts
poured down
The clouds
-our brows in fury-
darkened
Our limbs seized up
Our bones got jammed
Our eyes grew weary
Everything true and dark
has risen to the skies
It punished us
for carefree youth
A conversation:
“this is how people should pass time”
the warm and cosy nights
seemed past
And all the moments where the sky just shines had passed
The tree tops
-hopes stand high-
but every now and then
there’s one inside the river
drowning.
For this past winter, so horrible and foul. We oust you.
Yes! We oust you, cruellest winter! X
Yes! We oust you, cruel winter!
